A CBD Summer
Happy July! We’re are in the heart of hot sunny, summer days — let’s talk about popsicles and your health and wellness goals.
Now seems like it’s the perfect time for you to kick back in your backyard and enjoy some sweet, sweet recovery — Resilience style.
You just pushed yourself through that last mile…one final rep. What better way to treat your body (and taste buds) than with an ice-cold, refreshing treat. These popsicles are a healthy twist on a summer classic.
We developed each of these recipes specifically for recovery, and all three are equally as delicious and effective. You can also re-create these using your favorite smoothie recipe and adding in one of our CBD Oils!
